Read Instructions carefully before filling application form.
1. उम्मीदवार को यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि वह आवेदन पत्र को सही तरीके से भरे और यदि उम्मीदवार साइबर कैफे के माध्यम से आवेदन पत्र भर रहा है तो उम्मीदवार को यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि डेटा दर्ज करने वाले व्यक्ति ने सभी कॉलम में विवरण / विशेष सही ढंग से डाला है और उसे फॉर्म की Printed प्रतिलिपि लेनी होगी। उसे उस फॉर्म को देखना / जांचना चाहिए जो बहुत अच्छी तरह से और ध्यान से भरा गया है। यदि वह विवरण सही पाता है तो उसे अपने हस्ताक्षर के तहत प्रोफार्मा में Undertaking देना चाहिए कि उम्मीदवार फॉर्म को सही से / चेक कर चुका है और वहां दिए गए विवरण सही के रूप में है और इसलिए उम्मीदवार ने HSSC की वेबसाइट पर फॉर्म अपलोड कर लिया है । यदि कोई आवेदन स्वयं उम्मीदवार द्वारा या साइबर कैफे द्वारा जो उम्मीदवार की ओर से फॉर्म जमा कर रहा है उचित रूप से भरा नहीं जाता है तो किसी भी स्तर पर आयोग द्वारा डेटा सुधारने के लिए कोई आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
The Candidate should ensure that he fills up the application form correctly and if candidate is getting the application form filled up through the cyber café then the candidate should ensure that the person entering the data has correctly inserted the description / particular against all the columns correctly and he must take out the printed copy of the form. He should go through/check the form which has been filled up very thoroughly and carefully. If he finds the particulars correct then he should give undertaking in the closed Performa under his signature certifying that candidate has gone through/checked the form and found the particulars given there in as correct and hence the candidate has uploaded the form on the website of the HSSC. If an application is not properly filled by the candidate himself or by the cyber café personal who is submitting the form on behalf of the candidate then no application for correction of data shall be accepted by the Commission at any stage.
2. उम्मीदवार हरियाणा कर्मचारी चयन आयोग, हरियाणा सरकार, की वेबसाइट http://hssc.gov.in/ के माध्यम से 'रजिस्टर' लिंक पर क्लिक करके खुद को पंजीकृत करने के बाद आवेदन कर सकते हैं। ऑनलाइन फॉर्म भरते समय अभ्यर्थी को सभी विवरण सही तरीके से दर्ज करना चाहिए।
Candidates can apply after registering himself by clicking on ‘Register’ link through Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Government of Haryana website http://hssc.gov.in/. The candidate should enter all details correctly while filling the Online Form.
3. ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण करने के बाद, आपका लॉगिन आईडी बनाया जाएगा। आप अपना पासवर्ड चुन सकते हैं। उम्मीदवारों को भी भविष्य में संदर्भ के लिए पासवर्ड और लॉगिन आईडी नोट करने के लिए सलाह दी जाती है।
After registering online, your Login Id will be generated. You can select your own Password. Candidates are also advised to note the password and login ID for future references.
4. आवेदकों को सलाह दी जाती है कि अपनी आवेदन स्थिति के भविष्य के संदर्भ के लिए और अपने ऑनलाइन भरे हुए आवेदन पत्र की प्रतिलिपी के लिए, लॉगिन आईडी और पासवर्ड स्क्रीन का प्रिंट आउट लें।
Take print out of the Login Id and Password screen for future reference of your application status and for reprinting of your online filled application form.
5. पूर्ण आवेदन भरने में सफल होने के बाद उम्मीदवारों को आवेदन पत्र और शुल्क भुगतान चालान के दो प्रिंटआउट लेने चाहिए। उसके द्वारा भरे गए विवरणों को जांचे और उसके बाद निर्धारित प्रदर्शन में उपक्रम को प्रमाणित करें कि वह सभी विवरणों के माध्यम से एक ही सही पाया गया है और अपलोड किए गए विवरणों में कोई गलती नहीं है | मैं पूरी तरह से समझता हूं कि डेटा सुधारने के लिए कोई भी आवेदन स्वीकार्य नहीं होगा है।
After successful filling up of complete application candidates should take two printout of application form and Fee payment Challan. Go through the particulars filled up by him and thereafter upload the under taking in prescribed Performa certifying that he has gone through all the particulars found the same correct and there is no mistake in the particulars being uploaded and I fully understand that no application for correction of data shall be entertained.
6. बैंक चालान या नेट बैंकिंग या डेबिट / क्रेडिट कार्ड के माध्यम से EGRASS वेबसाइट के माध्यम से आवेदन शुल्क का भुगतान किया जा सकता है।
Application fee can be paid via EGRASS website through bank challan or Net banking or Debit/Credit Card.
7. केवल ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्रों को स्वीकार किया जाएगा। पोस्ट / व्यक्ति द्वारा भेजे गए कोई भी आवेदन को स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
Only On-line application forms will be entertained. No application sent by post / in person shall be entertained.
8. SSC हरियाणा, संचार (एसएमएस और ईमेल) उद्देश्य के लिए उम्मीदवार की जानकारी का उपयोग कर सकता है।
SSC Haryana may use the candidate’s information for communication (SMS and Email) purpose.
9. यदि undertaking अपलोड किया गया है और आवश्यक शुल्क के बाद भुगतान किया गया है तभी आपके आवेदन को भर्ती प्रक्रिया के लिए मान्य माना जाएगा। जिन प्रार्थना-पत्रों के लिए फीस का भुगतान नहीं किया जाएगा है, उन्हें आगे की प्रक्रिया के लिए नहीं माना जाएगा। undertaking को उसी पंजीकरण संख्या और लॉगिन के साथ अपलोड किया जाना चाहिए।
Your application shall be considered for further recruitment process only if undertaking has been submitted and after requisite fees has been paid. Applications for which fees is not paid shall not be considered for further process. Undertaking should be uploaded with same registration number and login.
10.यह आवेदक की जिम्मेवारी है कि वह भर्ती से संबंधित विभिन्न जानकारी और भर्ती के लिए किए गए आवेदन से संबंधित आयोग द्वारा किये गए किसी भी कार्यक्रम का स्वयं ध्यान रखें।
It is the responsibility of the applicant to keep track of different steps relating to recruitment and any other event related to recruitment organized by the commission related to the application he/she made for recruitment.
